Since the Fantasy Football Rankings Summitt concluded last week, ESPN released their early 2018 projections for the upcoming 53rd season in the Super Bowl era. Let’s take a look at what the experts are projecting for the biggest offensive weapons on the reigning champion Philadelphia Eagles starting with Quarterback.

Carson Wentz

First and foremost, ESPN’s projection on Carson looks to be based on a full season as it seems every day Wentz is quoted saying he’ll be ready for Week 1. Wentz lead all Quarterbacks last year with 33 touchdowns until the final week of the season when Russell Wilson passed him in week 17 (34). This year, Wentz is the fourth-ranked QB behind Rodgers, Brady and Cam Newton in total projected points, sliding up 13 spots from QB17 last year.

  • 2018 Position Rank: 4th   TD/INT Ratio: 29/12   Pass: 4,140 yds   P/Att: 357/577   Rush: 273 yds, 3TDs

ESPN is not expecting much from the reigning Super Bowl MVP, projecting him to essentially not see the field in 20018 which is typically common for backups. Due to some QB competition that will take place in Training Camp, Foles is ranked as the 41st option under center.

BONUS: Josh Rosen is the highest projected (1st-year) Rookie, behind Patrick Mahomes who is ranked 15th. To see the entire list, click here.
